Belarusian Association of Social Workers invites foreign professionals in the field of social work and rehabilitation, social policy and social work education to participate in the 17th Eurasia Forum of Social Workers «Social Work: Global Challenges and Innovative Practices», which will be held in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, from May 26 to 29, 2026.
For over two decades, the Eurasia Forum has served as a dynamic and collaborative platform, fostering the exchange of diverse experiences and knowledge in social welfare practice and education. Attendees from more than 25 countries converge annually to discuss real-world case studies and co-create practical, scalable solutions to the global challenges facing our communities.
This year’s forum promises to be an enriching experience, featuring experience presentations, workshops, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and cross-disciplinary dialogues. Participants will gain actionable insights, strengthen professional networks, and forge new partnerships, empowering them to drive positive change in their respective fields.

Forum Fees (including accommodation for 3 nights, 9 meals per person, and handouts):
3 persons in a room: 220 USD for each person
2 persons per room: 240 USD for each person
Single Room: 300 USD
Payment Method: Only Bank transfer, deadline March 31, 2026. Participants will receive detailed payment information upon confirmation of registration via email.
Educational Tour:
A complimentary educational tour will be organized on Friday, May 29, 2026, including visits to social services, education, and healthcare institutions, to learn about Belarusian experience in the topics presented at the forum, followed by a Minsk city tour in the afternoon.
Call for Abstracts:
We invite all interested participants to submit abstracts for presentations. This is an excellent opportunity to share your research, experiences, and innovative practices with a diverse international audience.
Abstract Submission Deadline: February 28, 2026. Abstract Length up to 250 words
Abstract’s Structure:
- Title: Clear, concise, and informative
- Authors
- Sub-topic of the Forum: Please indicate which sub-topic of the forum you would like to present your presentation in.
- Introduction: State the problem, backgroundand the basis of the presentation .
- Conclusion: Summarize key findings.
- Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords below the abstract.
Please indicate if you would like to do an oral presentation or just publish your abstracts in Online Forum Abstracts Book.
